That’s what Koha is compared to OpenBiblio. OpenBiblio’s simplicity is very nice, but extremely limited. There was no way for me to get out of this what I wanted by sticking with OpenBiblio. While I appreciate how easy it is to use and set up, the limitations are far too glaring.
Koha seems quite powerful, customizable and far more professional by contrast. The Green Mountain Library Consortium has recognized this and will be deploying Koha throughout their consortium. That’s pretty sweet. Theirs installation looks a lot better than mine. That’s something to strive for. I would like my installation to eventually be as professional looking as I can feasibly make it by myself.
